To get started, you need:
- An OpenStreetMap account. Use your account to upload, edit, and submit changes. Create a free account at OpenStreetMap.org.
- A device to capture GPS traces. This may be a smartphone, GPS tracker, or any other GPS tracking device. Choose a device that can export GPS traces as a GPX file.
